I was looking into financing a generator, but the whole thing felt kind of vague. There wasn’t enough clear info upfront, and I couldn’t really figure out what the monthly payment would actually look like. Maybe I’m reading into it too much, but it almost felt like they didn’t want you to see the full picture until you were further in. I ended up backing out. Might work for other people, but it just wasn’t for me...

"Post-install help was a bit lacking"
The install itself was fine, but getting help afterward was kind of frustrating. Support took longer than I expected to get back to me, so the whole thing felt a little weak once the setup was done.

"Generator struggled under load and support was frustrating"
The generator kept cutting out right when I actually needed it, which was really frustrating. It ran rough anytime there was a decent load on it, so I never felt like I could fully trust it. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. What made it worse was trying to get help, everyone seemed to pass the problem along, but nobody really took ownership of it.

I placed my order and expected the usual updates, but I’m still waiting with no clear idea of what’s going on. This is where it got annoying, there wasn’t really any helpful communication or accurate tracking, so I was just left guessing when it would actually arrive

"Bad advice on generator sizing"
I really wish the load sizing had been handled better . They ended up recommending the wrong size backup generator for my place , and they also skipped over some basic transfer switch details . When I reached out for support , it felt more like they were guessing than actually giving me solid technical help .

I’ve dealt with getting quotes from other companies before, so I’m used to there being small changes here and there, but this one came back noticeably higher than what I was originally told. Maybe I missed some detail, but it didn’t feel very clear or accurate. Based on this experience, I probably wouldn’t use them again for pricing.

"Communication felt less clear than I expected"
I had a frustrating time trying to get clear answers from them. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, their emails felt a lot more vague, and half the time I wasn’t really sure what was happening next. I ended up asking the same questions more than once, which got old quickly. They might know their way around generators, but the communication side definitely needs improvement. Overall, not the best experience for me...

I reached out to nationwidegenerators.com because I was looking into getting a generator and just wanted some straightforward info. The sales rep did answer my questions, but the whole conversation felt rushed, like they were more focused on moving me along than actually helping me understand my options.

After that, I started getting follow-ups that felt more pushy than useful. What bothered me most was that the initial tone made it seem like they were there to guide me, but once I said I wanted time to compare, things felt different. It left me feeling a little misled about what kind of support I was actually getting.
It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected. I would’ve appreciated a more patient and professional approach, especially for something that isn’t exactly a small purchase

I wasn’t really happy with the customer service. It kinda felt like I was being ignored, and I had to keep asking the same questions to get any help. It ended up being frustrating, i probably wouldn’t use them again.

My install date kept getting pushed back, and I never really got clear updates unless I called myself. After a while, it got really frustrating having to chase down answers. The delays ended up messing with plans I had already made around the project, which made the whole thing way more stressful than it needed to be.

I wanted to give this a fair shot, and at first it seemed okay for the price. But after using it for a short time, it started to feel cheap and ended up breaking much sooner than I expected. Maybe I just got a bad one, but based on my experience, I’m not really happy with the quality
